Моментал: моменти стійкості

Resilience is already within each and every one of us. However, it needs to be regularly nurtured, especially in turbulent times. Momental will help with this — an expert in fostering resilience for adults and children, who has collected simple techniques for daily mental health care. Even 2 minutes of self-care helps foster resilience.
The application was implemented by UNICEF Ukraine together with the All-Ukrainian Mental Health Program “How Are You?” at the initiative of Olena Zelenska and psychologist Svitlana Royz.
