A brief description of the modern arrangement.
The twelve volumes of Fatawi Darul Uloom Deoband, which were compiled by Hazrat Maulana Mufti Zafiruddin Sahib, were published in the era of Hazrat Maulana Qari Muhammad Tayyab Sahib Quds Sira. After twelve volumes were published, this work was suspended for a long time, then on the motion of Hazrat Maulana Badruddin Ajmal Sahib, a member of Shuri Darul Uloom Deoband Damat Barakatham, the Honorable Majlis Shorti of Darul Uloom Deoband decided to start the work of Fatawi again, and This responsibility was entrusted to Akhr. Praise be to Allah, we compiled six volumes from thirteen to eighteen which have been published. When the fatwas of Hazrat Mufti Azizur Rahman Sahib Quds Sira on the eighteenth volume were completed, Majlis Shuri ordered that The work on the first twelve volumes should be done in the same way as the last six volumes have been done. This work was too heavy for Ikhr. It was not even possible to deviate from the order, so this service had to be performed by compulsion, may Allah make it easy! I am not alone in the work of modern order, Mufti Mustafa Amin Palan Puri Hafti Muhammad Yunus Dehlvi and Maulana Amirullah Mushtaq Qasmi Mowi Sahib are participating with me, some details of the work we have done are as follows:
First of all Mufti Mustafa Amin Panpuri, Mufti Muhammad Yunus and Maula Na Ameerullah Mushtaq Qasimi Masawi Sahabeen searched all the published fatwas in the registered fatwas. I combined the published Fatauli with them, corrected and added where there was a difference, and explained it in the margin, and at the end of each question I entered the series number and year in parentheses, so that it would be useful when needed, and which The published fatwas are not found in the registers. At the end of the question, I wrote in brackets that (not found in the register) and the reason for not finding some fatwas is that one of the registers is missing, perhaps these fatwas belong to the register that Mufti Zafir This work was long and difficult, but Mufti Mustafa Amin Palanpuri, Mufti Muhammad Yunus and Maulana Amirullah Mushtaq Qaimi Muwi Sahib have done it with grace and excellence, when you will study the book. It will be known how important this work was.
At the end of each answer, the reference to the published fatwa is listed with the volume and page, so that whoever wants to find the issue in the published fatwa will not have difficulty, as at the end of each question, the serial number and year are listed. Special
arrangements have been made for both of these things so that they come in handy when needed .
He did not delete any of the published fatwas, but added some fatwas from the registers, and wrote in parentheses at the end of the answer: (Added from the register, duplicate fatwas) Zafiruddin Sahib's footnotes have been corrected and the pages of modern editions have been listed. The questions and answers that were in Persian or Arabic have been translated completely, not just the summary.
Answers that were not understandable to the general public are explained after the answer instead of in the margin.
The answers which were against the specifications of the jurists have been pointed out.
In the published fatwa, there were several questions number wise in some places, then their answers, we have kept the answer of each question with it.
The same type of issues were scattered in the published fatwa, we have collected them and deleted the repeated footnotes

Yes, we have not made any changes in the foreword, case and fatwa of Mufti Azizur Rahman Sahib, but we have tried to embellish and present them in a better way, and the Majlis Shuri and Ar-Bab arrangement of Darul Uloom Deoband has been arranged in a modern way. which of It has been decided and this is its purpose, may Allah extend their lives, and forgive us if we have made any mistakes, and make this more modern day useful for the Ummah, Amen, O Lord of the Worlds!
