Virtual Catalog is an application designed and coordinated by a mathematics teacher, together with a team of highly experienced professional programmers, enthusiastic about the idea of ​​producing a real change in the way students, parents and teachers interact with the school.

Virtual Catalog is a native application for mobile phones, and not web-based, like the rest of the electronic catalogs on the market. The application complies with all the security standards (two authentication factors, two back-ups, etc.) and performance defined by Ministerial Order no. 343 of April 20, 2023.

Being a native application, it does not depend on internet traffic from a site, as happens with the rest of the electronic catalogs, which work in slow motion when there are several users simultaneously with the web-based application open. The Virtual Catalog application is ultra responsive, any interaction with it occurring instantly.

The application supports teacher, student and parent accounts. By pressing the yellow button that says "Test the app", teachers can familiarize themselves with the app by giving grades, marking absences, giving reasons for absences, etc.

Advantages for students and parents:
- When a grade or absence is received, the student and his/her parents instantly receive notifications in this regard through the app;
- You can see the averages of the students at the time of access, for each subject, but also their positioning in relation to the averages of the students in the class;
- The app has a chat section between teachers and students or between groups formed by them, from where it will be possible to generate surveys that can even be anonymous and administer questionnaires designed by teachers, students or parents.
- Through the notifications in the app, it will be possible to receive various information about topics of interest to students and parents, such as, for example, notifications about the date of a meeting with parents, details about organizing trips, camps, documents in PDF format, photos, etc.

- the application is extremely intuitively designed in such a way that using it will actually be a pleasure. The grading system, passing absences or motivating them is designed in such a way that even those unfamiliar with technology will evaluate it as extremely easy to use;
- the application has a section called "Presence report", from where you can sign the report by simply touching the hours that need to be signed with your finger.
- the application contains a personal agenda in which you can add or edit notes, "white balls", "pluses", the notes can then be added to the catalog by pressing a single button.

The application automatically calculates the averages of each subject and the annual averages, counts the excused and unexcused absences, generates reports with the averages, awards and absences in PDF, Excel or Word format. What does a teacher do? He just prints the reports he wants. The catalogs, at the end of the school year, are printed, signed, registered and archived by the administrator designated by the educational institution.
- the application allows teachers to create chat groups with students or class teachers or individual conversations with parents, thus eliminating the need for discussion groups through instant messaging platforms, groups that expose the personal phone numbers of students, parents and teachers and which often generate phone calls at inconvenient times or on holidays.

If you represent a school that has never used an electronic catalog before, then you have free use of the application for an entire school year.
