NOTE:
Vip continues the story as A1, therefore we recommend existing users of the My Vip application to update their application so that all functionalities are fully available when switching to the My A1 application.

Mobile internet or WiFi must be turned on to display user data within the app. If a user wants to access their data via WiFi, they can do so by entering their username and password created for My A1.

The flow of data over the A1 network created by accessing content within the application in national traffic is free of charge. During use, it is possible for the application to access external content whose use is charged according to the valid A1 price list. The flow of data created by using the roaming application will be charged at the current prices for roaming data transfer.
