Meta's WhatsApp Business allows you to establish a business presence on WhatsApp, communicate efficiently with customers, and expand your enterprise. You can install both WhatsApp Business and WhatsApp Messenger on the same phone, and associate them with separate phone numbers if you have separate personal and business numbers.

In addition to the features of WhatsApp Messenger, WhatsApp Business offers: A business profile that includes valuable information about your business like location, website, and contact details; business messaging tools that help you communicate with your customers more effectively, such as greeting messages and away messages; landline/fixed number support so that you can receive messages from customers on a landline number; and WhatsApp Web, which allows you to respond to customers from your computer's browser.

Note that restoring chat backups from WhatsApp Messenger to WhatsApp Business will prevent you from returning to WhatsApp Messenger. If you wish to go back, it is recommended that you copy the WhatsApp Messenger backup from your phone to your computer before using WhatsApp Business.
