In Finland, Nettiauto is the most popular online marketplace for both new and used cars. It is easy to buy, sell, or trade cars through Nettiauto. With the Nettiauto app, it is possible to search for used and new cars with specific criteria, save favorite searches, and mark interesting ads as favorites. Each ad contains up to 24 pictures, detailed technical specifications, and contact information for the seller. Messages can be sent to the seller and questions can be read. Map locations are also shown for the seller. Alma accounts can be used to log in and manage ad placements and respond to messages.

The app includes tools for posting ads, editing one's own ads, and marking sold items. It is also possible to save searches, browse matching items, and display the number of matches and recent changes. An alert can be activated to notify users of new matches by email or phone. Saved ads can be added to a favorites list.
