OmaKeusote brings health and well-being services directly to your pocket – easily and safely!



OmaKeusote is part of the Central Uusimaa well-being area's digital services. Digital services complement local services and are a safe way to do business remotely.



In OmaKeusote, you can talk to a social services professional in real time in chat. Through chat, you can easily connect to service advice, health services, social services and maternity clinics according to the opening hours of the services.



OmaKeusote's services will expand during 2025 and 2026: self-care coaching, remote reception services and symptom assessments are coming, so download the app and stay tuned!



OmaKeusote's services are available to residents of the Central Uusimaa well-being area. Please note that OmaKeusote's services are not suitable for handling emergency situations. In an emergency, always call 112.

Fees

Using the service is free of charge. Some services may be subject to a fee. The professional will tell you if he or she directs you to a service that is subject to a fee.

Identification

Identify yourself with your bank credentials or mobile certificate when you start using the application. In the future, you can easily log in to the application with a PIN code, facial recognition or fingerprint.

Security

Your transaction information is recorded in Keusote's customer and patient information systems, as in your other transactions. Only professionals with whom you have a customer or patient relationship may use your information. 

Transactions on behalf of

You can transact on behalf of another person by adding them to your profile. As a guardian, you can add a person under 18 years of age directly to your profile and transact on their behalf. When you transact on behalf of an adult, the person must first authorize you in the Suomi.fi service.
