The Skymet Weather App provides highly accurate and dependable weather information for all seasons. Our emergency alerts and weather news reports, including extensive Monsoon coverage, keep you prepared for any unforeseen conditions. The app offers real-time temperatures, winds, humidity, rainfall, and more through live weather data and maps. You can also view Automatic Weather Stations (AWS), radar, lightning, heat maps, air quality index (AQI), rainfall, animated wind speed, and direction through various map layers.

The Skymet Weather App is trusted for numerous reasons. Our data is analyzed and interpreted by a team of renowned meteorologists, and we have a state-of-the-art IT and remote sensing system with a network of over 7000 AWSs across India. You can personalize the app by choosing your five favorite locations and filtering preferences with forecasts available in ten regional languages. To use the app, make sure to turn on GPS in your phone settings before installation. The app includes four primary tabs: Weather, Maps, News, and More. In the Weather tab, you can select five favorite locations and access current weather data, hourly and 15-day forecasting, AQI, and nearest AWS data. The Maps tab displays the India map where you can select different thematic maps of temperature, rainfall, pulse, radar, lightning, and wind speeds. The News tab provides access to all weather-related news, articles, and videos, while the More tab includes settings for language preference, video, and FAQ.
