With Taxfix, you can upload or take pictures of your annual payslip and identity confirmation document, and we take care of the rest. Taxfix calculates your refund and files your return electronically through ELSTER with no need for printing, signing, or paper. You can download Taxfix for free, and use the app and calculations without any charge. A flat fee of €39.99, or €59.99 for married couples and civil partnerships, allows you to file your returns directly with your local tax office. You can also choose to have your taxes prepared and filed for you by a tax advisor for 20% of your refund. With Taxfix, you can complete your tax return in under 30 minutes and claim an average refund of €1,072. Taxfix strives to make sure that all possible deductions and sums are automatically considered to optimise your refund. Please note, for now, Taxfix does not support certain groups of people or income types, such as self-employed and freelancers, private pensions, income from renting and leasing, income from forestry and agriculture, year-round limited tax liability, double income, or income from abroad during your stay in Germany.
