You enter your information, determine the amount of water you should drink per day, the calories you should consume, and your ideal weight, and complete a food habit test to participate in the challenges. In the challenges, you have to read the advice, complete the action tasks, and eat the foods recommended by the challenge. You will record how well you eat and drink. Dietitians will provide you with appropriate advice and conclusions.

You can collect points and receive gifts by completing the challenge tasks on time. The best participant will be the winner of a gift to meet a dietitian.
