醫健通eHealth

The eHealth App, called 醫健通, has been created by the Electronic Health Record Office under the Health Bureau of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government. The app provides a single point of access to important health information and the electronic health record (eHR), empowering individuals to take control of their own and their family’s well-being anywhere, anytime.

The app caters to both the general public and registered patients in the Electronic Health Record Sharing System (eHRSS). The public can access public health information and government health programmes’ information via the app. On the other hand, registered patients can enjoy other value-added features such as viewing health records, appointments, allergies, medications, vaccines, COVID-19 related records (including the COVID-19 Vaccination Record, Medical Exemption Certificate and Recovery Record) and QR codes for use in Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. They can also input health information, manage their eHR account, review and update account information, manage sharing consent and track their children’s health. Other app functions include searching for doctors, reviewing Elderly Health Care Voucher and other Public-Private Partnership (PPP) Programmes’ information.
