SwanMobile Push

SwanMobile Push is an Android smartphone app for receiving and handling
alarms from CareCom systems.

SwanMobile Push works regardless of whether the mobile phone is connected to a local network via WiFi,
or whether the phone is connected to the telecom provider's network via GPRS, 3G, etc.
The employee does not have to think about disconnecting and reconnecting the networks, as this is handled automatically by the SwanMobile Push app.

With SwanMobile Push, you can interactively reject or accept alarms. Alarms will always be received - regardless of which app the employee uses - as SwanMobile Push is constantly running in the background.
The alarms must either be accepted or rejected. After typically 2 minutes, there will be
a timeout and the alarm will be sent to the next staff member in the call plan.

Upon acceptance, additional information regarding the alarm will appear - e.g.
telephone number and notes regarding the citizen's health (diabetes, respiratory problems
, etc.). With a single press, the citizen can be called back.
