- Interval timer: the ability to start and manage a workout on your watch. The training works synchronously on the phone. The training data is read from the phone app.

- Heart Rate Zones: View your heart rate zones, they are also read from the phone app.

- Running metrics: calculate time, distance and pace of your workout in real time. Ability to start and stop a workout. The training works synchronously on the phone. The training data is read from the phone app.
